Kostas Nalbantis, who was declared to have resigned from East Macedonia Thrace State Vice President and State Assembly Member, was replaced by Cardiology specialist Vasilis Lurbas, President of the Rhodope Chamber of Doctors.

Lurbas took his oath in the presence of State President Christos Metios and Executive Secretary Pavlos Damianidis on Wednesday, 28 December.
Metios wished Lurbas, who is also the President of the Rhodope Chamber of Doctors, success in his new assignment.
In a statement made by the political office of Metios, it was stated that Nalbantis resigned due to private reasons.
