On the occasion of "July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day" in Türkiye a ceremony was held in Komotini Turkish Youth Union (GTGB).

The ceremony held in Komotini Turkish Youth Union (GTGB) on the occasion of "July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day in Türkiye" was attended by Turkish Consul General of Komotini Murat Ömeroğlu, BTTADK President and Mufti of Komotini İbrahim Şerif, Deputy Turkish Consul Neslihan Altay, Miki (Mustafçova) Mayor Rıdvan Deli Hüseyin, former Miki mayor and opposition leader Cemil Kabza, Arianna (Kozlukebir) Mayor Rıdvan Ahmet, FEP Party Chairman Çiğdem Asafoğlu, Xanthi Turkish Union President Ozan Ahmetoğlu, BAKEŞ President Hüseyin Bostancı, Çınar Association President Cengiz Ömer, BİHLİMDER President Mehmet Emin Ahmetoğlu and many cognates.

GTGB President Sedat Hasan made the opening speech at the ceremony. While starting his speech, Sedat Hasan wished mercy to the Mufti of Xanthi Ahmet Mete, who lost his life, and said, "I would like to state that we are deeply saddened by the loss of our Elected Mufti of Xanthi, Ahmet Mete, who passed away yesterday.  May God have mercy on our mufti, I wish patience to his sad family." said.

In his speech, Sedat Hasan said, “A mob belonging to the treacherous FETO terrorist gang who infiltrated the Turkish Armed Forces wanted to eliminate the legitimate President and government of the Republic of Turkey, elected by the will of the people, on the night of July 15, 2016.

On the anniversary of the treacherous attempt they started with the aim of ending the constitutional order and establishing an order suitable to serve the political aims of the trustees, I once again condemn and curse the traitors of this uprising.” made statements.

Referring to Mustafa Cambaz from Western Thrace, who was martyred on the night of July 15, in his speech, Sedat Hasan said, “We also lost our compatriot Mustafa Cambaz, a journalist from Western Thrace, in this vile attempt. We wish God's mercy on our martyr who is our pride. May his soul rest in peace and his place in heaven." said.

His niece Hatice Cambaz gave information about the life of Mustafa Cambaz.

Finally, a documentary about Mustafa Cambaz's life and his experiences on the night of July 15 was screened at the ceremony.
