Hebilköy to organize the “Kırk Kurbanı” event
The people of Hebilköy, affiliated to Kozlukebir Municipality, are preparing for the Kırkurbanı event. Anyone who wishes can attend the traditionally organized event.
The people of Hebilköy will organize the Kırkkurbanı event, which has been a tradition for many years.
The traditional Kırkkurbani event will be held on Sunday, June 18, 2023 this year.
While the men gathered in the “Karkam” region, where the sacrificed animals were slaughtered and the meat was cooked in cauldrons, in the events held until today, the women used to come together in the village, chat with each other, and go shopping at the stalls opened by the vendors.
In the announcement published by the villagers, it was stated that in the Kırkkurbanı event to be held this year, women and salespeople, along with men, will come together in the “Karkam region”.
Anyone who wishes can attend the event, which will start at 11:00 on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
