Drinking water problem in Uysallı Village resolved
The Maronia Municipality has successfully resolved the drinking water issue in Uysallı Village by upgrading a section of the water pipeline.
As part of the improvement efforts, new pipes were installed in an open section of the village’s water supply line, which had been exposed since the summer. Following an inspection confirming that the newly installed pipes were functioning properly, the municipality proceeded to cover the upgraded pipeline.
Okan Haliloğlu, the Deputy Mayor of Maronia in charge of technical affairs, announced the completion of the project through a statement on social media.
"In the past summer, we added and renewed a section of Uysallı Village’s water supply network. We successfully eliminated a long-standing water issue, ensuring a steady and clean water supply for the village. Now, with proper planning and execution, we have sealed the newly installed pipeline and constructed a new well for the valves," Haliloğlu stated.
