Demonstration in support of Palestine in Xanthi: Israel cursed

Hundreds of people gathered in the town square of Xanthi and chanted slogans "Freedom for Palestine" and condemned the massacres of civilians by Israel.
The demonstration organised by the Union of Xanthi Civil Servants took place on Saturday 14 October at noon. Hundreds of people gathered at the town square of Xanthi and marched through the streets in the centre of the city. Members of the Turkish Minority of Xanthi also took part in the march carrying Palestinian flags.
During the march, demonstrators chanted "Freedom for Palestine" and "No to imperialist war".
The participants completed the demonstration at the town square of Xanthi and dispersed without any incident after shouting slogans.
