A 92-year-old man was found unconscious on Tuesday morning in the land area of Dedeağaç (Alexandroupolis) port.
A 92-year-old man was found unconscious on Tuesday morning in the land area of Dedeağaç (Alexandroupolis) port.
Officers from the Dedeağaç (Alexandroupolis) Port Authority rushed to the scene, while ambulance crew members from the National Emergency Aid Centre (EKAB) provided first aid, but their efforts were unsuccessful.
The man was then transferred to the University General Hospital of Dedeağaç (Alexandroupolis), where he was pronounced dead.
The Central Port Authority of Dedeağaz (Alexandroupolis) is conducting a preliminary investigation, and an autopsy has been ordered to determine the exact cause of death.
