The two main initiatives are:

School Visits: Teams consisting of officials from the Regional Police Directorate and the Regional Education Directorate will visit primary and secondary schools to conduct informational presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on activities related to road safety.
Road Safety Weeks: From September to October 2025, road safety training, both theoretical and practical, will be offered to primary and secondary school students in each district, organized under the Ministry of Transportation and Communication.

Topsidis: "We Are Investing in Youth, Raising Responsible Drivers"
During the meeting, Hristodulos Topsidis, the Governor of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, emphasized the importance of raising road safety awareness. He stated:

“Educating the new generation of our region is a crucial element in promoting road safety.
