YTB President Eren: "The conscience of humanity is silent"

Abdullah Eren, President of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), reacted to the events in Gaza and said, "The conscience of humanity is silent."
YTB President Eren, in his statement on the atrocities committed by the state of Israel in Gaza, said: "Israel is doing this to the people in Gaza only because it does not like them, because it hates them. If they have the opportunity one day tomorrow, they will commit the same atrocities on others."
YTB President Eren, who met with young people at the event themed 'Equal Rights Equal Opportunities' organised in YTB building in Ankara, mentioned the massacre in Gaza in his speech to the young people listening to him and shared the following:
"We are indeed going through a dark period. The period of the Second World War is a very dark period. The 1940s is really one of the worst times in the world. In the darkness of World War II, there was no law, everyone could do whatever they wanted. We are currently going through a similar dark period. Indeed, the conscience of humanity is silent. Of course, we see demonstrations in capitals from South America to Central Europe, from Asia Pacific to different geographies of the world, but unfortunately, there is such an international system that all these reactions cannot prevent Israel from hitting Gaza every day. Do not think that Israel is doing this only because it does not like the people in Gaza, because it hates them. If they have the opportunity one day tomorrow, they will commit the same atrocities against others."
