70% of Greeks say government does not care about their well-being, survey finds

A global survey finds that only 12% of respondents in Greece believe their government is prepared for natural disasters. Just 55% of disaster-affected respondents received advance warnings, while the country’s social resilience index fell by 11 points between 2021 and 2025.
