Predator spyware scandal brought before European Court of Human Rights

Greece's Predator spyware scandal has reached the European Court of Human Rights. Former minister Christos Spirtzis and journalist Thanasis Koukakis accuse national authorities of failing to conduct an independent and effective investigation into alleged illegal surveillance.
