Parents arrested after leaving baby on balcony overnight in Thessaloniki

A couple was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday in Thessaloniki after police discovered their 11-month-old baby left unattended on a fourth-floor balcony overnight. Authorities were alerted when patrolling officers heard the child crying from the apartment.
