ENFIA instalments increased to 12 months
It was stated that the instalments of the Property Tax (ENFIA), which were paid in 10 instalments until this year, will be increased to 12 months from next year. This year (2024), ENFIA tax will be paid in 11 instalments. According to the draft law submitted to the parliament, no tax will be collected from the areas declared as emergency due to earthquake, fire and flood.
For this year, citizens will have the opportunity to complete their applications for the real estates they own until Friday, 8 March, and to correct any changes. In 2025, ENFIA payments will start from March.
After the new regulation; For example, a person who has to pay 500 euros of tax per year will pay 50 euros per month this year, while in 2025, with the increase of instalments to 12, he will pay 41.66 euros per month.
