Aegean to fly to Iraq and Azerbaijan in 2025
Twice-weekly direct flights to Iraq and Azerbaijan are among the new destinations that Aegean Airlines will offer in 2025, the company has said.
According to Kathimerini the flight to Erbil International Airport, Iraq, will commence on February 23 and will operate every Wednesday and Sunday, while the Athens to Azerbaijan route will open on April 14 and fly every Wednesday and Sunday.
In its domestic network, the airline will offer four new direct routes from Iraklio, on Crete, to Rhodes (daily), Kos (three times a week) and Naxos and Corfu (two flights weekly each), while two new direct flights to Hania (twice a week) and Santorini (three times a week) will operate from Rhodes.
AEGEAN will also offer a flight from Thessaloniki to Syros three times a week.
