Grand Mufti's Office collected 400 thousand leva aid for Gaza
The aid campaign initiated by the Grand Mufti of Bulgaria, with the idea of providing at least some assistance to the humanitarian tragedy in Gaza, where tens of thousands of innocent people died as a result of Israel's brutal attacks, has been completed.
A total of 400 thousand Bulgarian levas, approximately (205 thousand euros), were collected within the framework of the aid campaign for Gaza, carried out under the leadership of the Grand Mufti of Bulgaria.
In the statement made by the Grand Mufti's Office, it was stated that the amount of aid collected was delivered to the oppressed people in Gaza in cooperation with international official aid organizations.
It was noted that the financial aid collected was used to meet the needs of the oppressed in Gaza for drinking water, beds, mattresses and blankets, as well as hot meals for approximately 30 thousand people.
