Zeybek: 'Minority schools should be allocated for cultural events as in Gökçeler'

Xanthi New Left MP Hüseyin Zeybek, referring to the Youth Festival held recently in the garden of Gökçeler Minority Primary School, demanded that the necessary permissions for such events be granted for all minority schools.
Zeybek noted that this privilege would give the impression of political exploitation, as permission was not granted for similar events before.
In his post on his social media account, MP Zeybek made the following statements: "On Saturday, July 20, 2024, in the courtyard of the Xanthi Minority Primary School in Gökçeler (Selero), the Gökçeler (Selero) Youth Association organized the traditional Youth Festival with great success. The events were organized with the permission of the Directorate of Primary Education of Xanthi. We hope that in the future, such permissions will be granted to all Minority Schools without discrimination and similar events will be organized, as there have been cases in the past when permission for similar events was not granted, as this privilege would give the impression of political exploitation."
