Yassıköy elects mayor, Kozlukebir, Mustafçova in second round
In Kozlukebir and Mustafçova municipalities, the mayor election was left to the second round.
In Yassıköy, one of the three regions where mayors were elected from the minority, the elections were completed in the first round. In Kozlukebir and Mustafçova municipalities, the mayor election was left to the second round.
In Yassıköy, Caner Imam was elected mayor with 55.72 per cent of the votes (5,235 votes). Mehmet Mehmet received 44.28 per cent (4,161) of the votes.
According to the election results, Caner Imam won 15 seats and Mehmet Mehmet won 10 seats in the municipal council.
KOZLUKEBIR MUNICIPALITY
Hüseyin Erdem and Rıdvan Ahmet will compete in the elections to be held on Sunday, 15 October in Kozlukebir Municipality.
According to the results of 60 out of 61 ballot boxes, the rate of votes received by the candidates was as follows:
Erdem Hüseyin: 36.67 per cent (4,390 votes)
Ridvan Ahmet: 33.40 per cent (3,999 votes)
Tarkan Multaza: 29.93% (3,583 votes)
MUSTAFÇOVA MUNICIPALITY
In Mustafçova Municipality, Ahmet Kurt and Rıdvan Delihüseyin will compete in the second round.
According to the results of all ballot boxes in Mustafçova, the rate of votes received by the candidates was as follows
Ahmet Kurt: 34.20 per cent (4,232 votes)
Rıdvan Delihüseyin: 27.27% (3,374 votes)
Cemil Kabza: 25.69 per cent (3,179 votes)
Mücahit Dükkancı: 12.84% (1,589 votes)
