Western Thrace Fenerbahçe Supporters’ Association to hold General Assembly on July 6
The Western Thrace Fenerbahçe Supporters’ Association has announced that it will hold its Ordinary General Assembly meeting on July 6, 2025.
During a board meeting held today (June 12, 2025), the association's executive committee decided to convene for the election-based Ordinary General Assembly on July 6. If the required quorum is not met on this date, a second meeting will be held on July 13, 2025, regardless of the number of attendees.
The association issued the following statement regarding the decision:
“As the Executive Board of the Western Thrace Fenerbahçe Supporters’ Association, we have decided during our meeting held today (June 12, 2025) to convene the Election-Based Ordinary General Assembly on July 6, 2025. If the necessary quorum is not achieved on that date, the second meeting will take place on July 13, 2025, without any quorum requirement.
Members wishing to run for the executive or supervisory board must complete and submit the candidacy form to the Executive Board by no later than June 29, 2025. The candidacy form will be shared tomorrow (June 13, 2025) via our official social media channels.
All members — from member number 1 to 834 — are entitled to vote and to stand for election.”
