Tekirdağ Chamber of Commerce and Industry pays visit to Western Thrace
The delegation first met with Turkey’s Consul General in Komotini, Aykut Ünal, at the Consulate. Following the meeting, the Consulate shared on its social media account:
“We had the pleasure of hosting the Chairman of the Tekirdağ Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Cengiz Günay, and his delegation during their visit to our region.”
Later that day, the delegation visited Rodopi New Left Party MP Özgür Ferhat at his office in Komotini.
In a statement regarding the visit, MP Ferhat noted:
“During the visit, discussions were held with representatives of chambers of commerce and the business community on projects to enhance cooperation between the two countries, joint initiatives for regional development, and strategies to strengthen economic ties. I would like to thank the delegation for their kind visit and their valuable contributions to mutual cooperation. I firmly believe that such engagements will further strengthen the economic relations between the two countries.”
