A large-scale solidarity march was held in İskeçe on Saturday, October 11, 2025, in support of the Palestinian people.
A large-scale solidarity march was held in İskeçe on Saturday, October 11, 2025, in support of the Palestinian people.
The event, organized under the leadership of the Union of Private and Commercial Sector Workers of İskeçe, began at 12:00 noon in the İskeçe City Center Square.
Participants included the Palestine Solidarity Platform, the Marxist–Leninist Communist Party of Greece (MLKKE), various university student associations, public sector and labor unions (PAME, ELME, OLME), and numerous civil society organizations.
İskeçe MP Hüseyin Zeybek also joined the march to show his support. The participation of members of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority drew particular attention during the event.
