Smolyan Governor Sabrutev visited Head of State Metios
Smolyan Governor of Bulgaria Stefan Sabrutev visited Eastern Macedonia - Thrace State President Christos Metios.
Eastern Macedonia - Thrace State President Christos Metios hosted Smolyan Governor Stefan Sabrutev, at his office in Komotini.
The main subject of the meeting between the parties was the construction of the vertical axis 70 of the Egnatia road, which will connect the two neighboring regions by road and contribute to the increase of tourist traffic (Xanthi- Echinos (Şahin)-Greece-Bulgaria border).
During the meeting, it was stated that the construction process of the project and especially the Dimarion (Demircik) section of the road and the Melivoia-Dimarion section, which was put up for auction, were discussed and evaluated.
Smolyan Governor Sabrutev was accompanied by Smolyan Head of Development Affairs Momchil Karaivanov.
