At the daily information meeting, Deputy Minister of Civil Defense Nikos Hardalias announced that Şahin village of Mustafçova Municipality was quarantined for 14 days.
Hardalias stated that they have taken into consideration that four cases have been detected in the village in the recent days and that one person has also died. Stating that measures have been taken to meet the food needs of the citizens living in the village, Hardalias said that the quarantine in Şahin village will continue until April 9.
Hardalias announced that the quarantine decision was made by establishing a dialogue with Eastern Macedonia - Thrace President Hristos Regional President Metios and Mustafçova Mayor Rıdvan Delihüseyin.
