Revenge of Hagia Sophia is racistly taken from the historical mosque in Western Thrace
Enemies of Turks and Islam in Greece, who could not digest the reading of the Quran at the Hagia Sophia Mosque, hung a Greek flag in the minaret of the 597-year-old Çelebi Sultan Mehmet Mosque, the heirloom.

Greek flag was hung in the minaret of Çelebi Sultan Mehmet Mosque, the oldest Turkish mosque in Europe, located in in Didimoteichon (Dimetoka), Greece.

The racists in Greece, which has gone crazy after the Qur'an reading in Hagia Sophia due to the 567th year of the conquest of Istanbul, showed themself once more in Western Thrace.

According to Greek media reports, the incident occurred on Saturday night, connecting May 29 to May 30.

According to the same reports, municipal officials lowered the Greek flag from the minaret with the warning of those who realized that the flag was hung on Saturday morning.
As will be remembered, the six-century-old Çelebi Sultan Mehmet Mosque (Beyazıt Mosque) in Dimetoka was damaged by a fire in March 2017. Restoration work on the mosque is still ongoing.

Selecting the region where the Western Thrace Turks live, shows that it was a provocative action and it raised the doubts that the burnt mosque might have been swaddled but not burned by accident.

GREEK MEDIA CRUSES

Greek media, which provoked the public with scandalous news such as "images of shame in Istanbul, Islamic prayer, great disrespect, and provocation in Hagia Sophia," took the fruit of provocative publications. The Greek flag was hanged by provocateurs at the 597-year-old Çelebi Sultan Mehmet Mosque, the oldest Ottoman mosque in Europe and listed by UNESCO on the World Cultural Heritage list.
