Municipality of Bulustra issues notice on OpenBusiness Platform

The Municipality of Bulustra (Abdera) has issued an announcement for owners of food and beverage establishments regarding compliance with the new OpenBusiness platform.
According to Article 95 of Law 5172/29-01-2025 (Government Gazette A 10), from the launch of the Integrated Information System for Business Activities and Inspections (OPS-ADE) OpenBusiness at https://openbusiness.mindev.gov.gr
and until December 31, 2025, businesses falling under the special provisions of Law 4442/2016 are required to:
- Register their activity and its basic details on the platform.
- Exemption: Those who have already submitted notification via NotifyBusiness.
- Attention: After the deadline, a €200 fee will be imposed.
2. Upload supporting documents required for lawful operation.
- Even businesses that have already submitted notification through NotifyBusiness must upload their documents to OpenBusiness.
- Attention: Failure to upload documents on time will result in penalties applicable to each business activity for lack of documentation.
