Mufti of Xanthi issues a message on Miraj Night
The Mufti of Xanthi, Mustafa Trampa, delivered a heartfelt message on the occasion of Miraj Night, emphasizing the spiritual significance of this holy night and the core values of Islam. He highlighted the importance of social solidarity, moral principles, and self-reflection in the light of faith.
In his message, the Mufti also drew attention to the historical struggles of the Muslim Turkish minority in Western Thrace, particularly the injustices they have endured, and commemorated the National Resistance Day of January 29, 1988. He urged the community to uphold the spirit of unity and resilience that has been a cornerstone of their identity.
The Mufti concluded by praying for peace, health, and prosperity for all Muslims and encouraged everyone to embrace the values of faith and righteousness in their daily lives.
