Monkeypox vaccination center in Alexandroupoli to open on September 1st

According to a statement from the Hellenic National Public Health Organization (EODY), a vaccination center for the monkeypox virus (mpox) will be established at the Alexandroupoli University Hospital and is scheduled to begin operations on September 1, 2024.
Citizens who wish to receive the vaccine can contact the vaccination center every Wednesday between 09:00 and 12:00 by calling 2251352510 to schedule an appointment. Vaccinations will be administered by the Special Infections Unit at the Alexandroupoli University Hospital every Friday between 10:00 and 12:00, following a doctor's evaluation.
