Minister Hrisohoidis isits Kipi Border Crossing

Greek Minister of Citizen Protection Michalis Hrisohoidis visited the Kipi Border Crossing on Friday, November 8, to review security measures in place at this key entry point between Greece and the European Union.
Accompanied by Deputy Chief of the Hellenic Police Paschalis Syritoudis, Hrisohoidis conducted inspections of the customs and passport control areas. He emphasized that security remains the primary concern at border crossings, highlighting ongoing efforts to strengthen surveillance and control measures.
"Our objective is to intensify checks to ensure the safety of this EU gateway," Hrisohoidis stated. He assured that authorities are committed to implementing necessary security measures to bolster the protection and efficiency of the Kipi crossing.
