Maronia Municipality continues repairing and upgrading bus stops
Maronia Municipality is actively addressing issues in local villages based on citizen requests and feedback, striving to meet the needs of the community. Recently, the bus stop in the village of Uysallı, located in the Kuslanli region, was repaired, fulfilling a longstanding request from residents.
Deputy Mayor for Technical Affairs, Mustafa Şakir Hüseyin, shared on social media that repair work on bus stops in other villages will also continue.
This morning, Şakir Hüseyin visited Uysallı village with Deputy Mayor for Social Policy and Agricultural Development, Okan Haliloglu. During the visit, they expressed their satisfaction in keeping their promise to the village community.
In his post, Şakir Hüseyin stated:
“Once again, we are happy to fulfill a promise to the residents of Uysallı village. With the support of Village Headman Rıdvan İmam Hasan and Deputy Mayor Okan Haliloglu, a new bus stop has been installed on a concrete foundation provided by Kuslanli Regional Deputies Haralambos Karidis and Giorgos Dogas. Repairs to other bus stops in surrounding villages will continue as planned.”
Through these initiatives, Maronia Municipality aims to improve living standards in rural areas and respond efficiently to residents' concerns.
