Mareva Mitsotaki attends event hosted by Emine Erdoğan

The event, titled "Bride Treasures: A Journey Through Ottoman and Anatolian Dowries," was organized by the Turkish Maturation Institutes and featured the participation of Mareva Grabowski Mitsotaki, wife of Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
In her speech at the event, Emine Erdoğan expressed her pleasure in welcoming the guests to explore the rich heritage of Ottoman and Anatolian dowries, showcasing the meticulous handcraft of Turkish women.
Emphasizing the importance of preserving cultural identity, Erdoğan said, "Societies that have established exemplary civilizations and shaped the world are those that have maintained strong ties with their past, identity, and cultural memory. We must consider the transmission of ancient cultural values, such as those from the Anatolian civilization where I was born, into the future by integrating them with contemporary knowledge and resources."
Following her speech, a fashion show featuring traditional Ottoman and Anatolian bridal gowns was held. Emine Erdoğan provided detailed information to the attending spouses of heads of state about the intricate embroidery and cultural significance of the garments. The fashion show was met with great admiration from the participants, and a group photo was taken to commemorate the event.
