Komotini Municipality shares new data on temperatures
The Municipality of Komotini issued a press release on the new data updated by the Hellenic Meteorological Directorate regarding the heat wave affecting the whole country and informed the public.
The municipality administration, which always warns the citizens to protect themselves against the heat, stated the following in the bulletin it published on the subject.
"The Hellenic Meteorological Directorate has updated the latest temperature forecast data with the new Emergency Weather Bulletin published since 12 July regarding the heat wave called CLEON in many parts of the country.
To summarise:
On Tuesday 25 July and Wednesday 26 July there will be a new (third) heat wave.
On Thursday 27 July, there will be a noticeable drop in temperature almost all over the country.

According to all available forecast data, very high temperatures are expected in the country again on Tuesday 25 July and Wednesday 26 July. The maximum values will reach the continental 42 to 44 degrees Celsius.
On Thursday 27 July, the temperature is expected to drop by 6 to 8 degrees in most regions of the country.
The forecast update with the latest data and details on the development of temperatures will be available every twenty-four hours.
