İsmail Molla Ali Mehmet announces his candidacy
Veterinarian İsmail Molla Ali Mehmet from Rhodope province, announced his candidacy with the current State President Christos Metios in the next local elections.
Veterinarian İsmail Molla Ali Mehmet, who started politics with the Municipality of Kozlukebir (Arianna) in the local elections in 2014, was elected to the municipal council as a member from the Musacık village with the Democratic Power List under the leadership of Rıdvan Ahmet for two terms.
During his membership in the municipal council, he served as Deputy Mayor in charge of Hemetli District and the Chairman of the Kozlukebir Municipality Council.
İsmail Molla Ali Mehmet, who resigned from the city council in January 2023, decided to continue the local politics with East Macedonia and Thrace Province .
In line with his decision, he announced that he will be a candidate from the New Regional Rebirth List led by East Macedonia and Thrace State President Christos Metios in the local elections to be held in the next period.
İsmail Molla Ali Mehmet announced his new decision on politics on social media and stated the following;
"Dear friends,
I tried to serve you as a council member with your support for two terms in my political journey with the Kozlukebir Municipality Democratic Power List in 2014.
After 4 years of vice president and 2 years of council presidency, I decided to continue my political career with President of the State, Mr. Christos Metios. I will be candidate for the local elections to be held on October 8, 2023."
