Hatim campaign for earthquake victims from Xanthi Mufti
İskeçe (Xanthi) Mufti Mustafa Trampa announced that a hatim campaign was launched to pray at Night of Miraj (Miraç Kandili) for those who lost their lives in the earthquake that took place on Monday, February 13 in Türkiye.
Mustafa Trampa made a statement on his social media account, "As the Mufti of Xanthi, on the occasion of Mirac Nigiht, we are launching a hatim campaign for the souls of those who died in the earthquake in our homeland, Türkiye, and all our pasts.
We ask every mosque community in our villages and neighborhoods to read at least one hatim until Friday evening.
At Miraj Night, the prayers (dua) of the hatims will be made. May Allah accept it."
In the statement made by the Mufti of Xanthi, "As the Mufti of Xanthi, we invite all our Western Thrace Muslim Turkish kinsmen to recite our Holy Book, the Qur'an, for those who lost their lives in the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş, which is described as the 'disaster of the century' in our homeland Türkiye." it was said.
