The hailstorm that occurred at noon in Xanthi was effective in some areas.
In Xanthi, the rain and hail rain that was effective at noon was effective in some areas.
Especially in the Industrial Zone of Xanthi and in the Karasu area of the Xanthi-Kavala motorway, heavy hail brought the traffic on the motorway to a standstill.
Hail also whitened the ground in some villages in the plain area of Xanthi.
