We saw smoke rising from the area where the barn was located. As villagers, we immediately rushed there. When we went, we saw that about 200 lambs in the corral were burned. It's a very sad picture. It's a very sad event. The 12 sheep located next to the barn where the fire broke out were still alive and unaffected by the fire. We released them. Our friend Cavit was not in during the fire. He had gone to the forest to graze the mothers of the lambs. Firefighters arrived at the scene. Police came. Teams from the municipality came. But it was too late. The lambs were unfortunately burned when we got there. We are very sorry.” said.
The firefighters, who arrived at the fire place, albeit late, carried out cooling works. The causes of the fire are being investigated. The fire brigade is expected to explain the causes of the fire in the report it will issue after completing the cooling studies and research.
