Çınar Association launched the Sacrifice Donation Campaign

Çınar Association, one of the important non-governmental organisations of Western Thrace, is organising this year's Sacrifice Donation Campaign for one of the 5 poorest countries of the world, Chad.

In the statement made by Çınar Association, it was stated that this year's Sacrifice Campaign will be organised with the IHH-UK Foundation in Chad, one of the 5 poorest countries in the world, and that Ali Tahir Canbaz, the president of the foundation, will go to Chad and fulfil the sacrifice proxies.

Çınar Association also announced in its statement that sacrifice donations are accepted by bank transfer from Türkiye and abroad.

Honourable Western Thrace Turks,

As in previous years, this year as Çınar Association, we are launching our 2023 Qurban Campaign in order to contribute a little bit to the people struggling with hunger in the world on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

As in previous years, this year we are sending our sacrifices to Chad, one of the five poorest countries in the world and located in Central Africa, through the IHH-UK Foundation.

The cost of sacrifice is 75 euro. If our kinsmen wish, they can also donate food for the festival by adding 25 euro.

The President of the IHH-UK Foundation established in England is our brother Ali Tahir Cambaz from Gökçepınar village of Xanthi, who has been living in London for years. In the past years, he had personally travelled to Somalia and fulfilled our sacrifice pledges. This time, he will personally go to Chad and fulfil our FAMILY VOWS and will deliver the FEBRUARY FOOD AID that we will send to those in need.
