Sacrifice proxies collected with the organisation of Çınar Association and IHH-UK were fulfilled
Western Thrace Turks continue to stand by the oppressed by participating in different sacrifice organisations this year as they do every year.
The sacrifice campaign that Çınar Association, one of the important non-governmental organisations of Western Thrace, has been carrying out with IHH-UK Foundation for years has been successfully completed this year.
This year, the sacrifice organisation for Chad, one of the 5 poorest countries in the world, was completed. Ali Tahir Canbaz, President of IHH-UK Foundation, who is also a Western Thracian, travelled to Chad and fulfilled the sacrifice proxies.
The sacrifice proxies collected through Çınar Association were completely fulfilled on the second day of Eid (today) and all the sacrifices were slaughtered. It is reported that the slaughtering of the other sacrifices collected by IHH-UK Foundation will be completed tomorrow.
On the other hand, the food and holiday clothes for children collected with the organisation of Çınar Association will be delivered to those in need in Chad.
