Applications for Yassıköy Municipality Public Soup-Kitchen Programme starts
Yassikoy Yassikoy Municipality invites citizens interested in the Yassikoy Municipality Soup Kitchen Programme, which is part of the "East Macedonia-Thrace 2021-2027" Commercial Programme, to submit the necessary documents to benefit from the programme in 2024.
2024 Criteria to be considered for the Soup Kitchen Programme:
Annual individual income (Social benefits and disability benefits will not be included in the total income calculation)
Marital status
Disability rate
Free Soup Kitchen Programme beneficiaries:
Permanent residents of Yassıköy Municipality (Permanent Residence Certificate)
Individual person aged 65 and over (living alone - widowed, divorced or single) with an annual income of up to € 5,000 (Financial Year Declaration, Certificate of Marital Status)
A maximum of 70 citizens will be able to benefit from the Free Soup Kitchen Programme in 2024. In case of more than this number of applications, income status and social criteria will be evaluated to determine those in need.
People who do not meet the criteria for the Free Soup Kitchen Programme can be included in the programme exceptionally with a special certificate from Social Services.
In addition, municipal teams will be able to carry out inspections of homes to check the accuracy of the data and living conditions, and will be able to request re-examination of documents at regular intervals.
