Poll shows New Democracy holding 14-point lead over PASOK
Greece’s ruling New Democracy party maintains a clear lead over its rivals, according to a new opinion poll by Interview for the newspaper Political.
In voting intention, New Democracy stands at 26.4%, leading PASOK by more than 14 points, which places second with 12.1%. The Communist Party of Greece (KKE) follows with 6%, ahead of Course of Freedom at 5.9% and Greek Solution at 5.7%.
MeRA25 was measured at 3.6%, Voice of Reason and SYRIZA both at 3.4%, the Democracy Movement led by Stefanos Kasselakis at 2.7%, NIKI at 1.5%, and New Left at 1.1%, while 18.5% of respondents said they were undecided.
In projected election results, New Democracy remains first with 32.4%, followed by PASOK at 14.9%. KKE and Course of Freedom were both estimated at 7.3%, Greek Solution at 7%, MeRA25 at 4.5%, Voice of Reason at 4.2%, SYRIZA at 4.1%, and the Democracy Movement at 3.3%.
