New Poll shows New Democracy leading as support shifts across Greek political landscape
Greece’s ruling New Democracy party has strengthened its position in the latest Interview poll, reaching 28.1% of voter preference, an increase from the previous month. The survey places ELAS in second place with 14.5%, while PASOK remains third at 12.3%.
The poll also recorded a notable decline for the political movement “Hope” associated with Maria Karystianou, which dropped to 5.4%, representing the largest decrease among the parties measured. Meanwhile, the percentage of undecided voters fell significantly, suggesting that a growing number of voters are returning to established political formations.
The survey further found that Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis remains the most trusted political leader to govern the country, while economic concerns, wages, employment opportunities and housing continue to rank among the most pressing issues for younger generations.
The findings reflect a fluid political environment ahead of future electoral contests, with voter preferences continuing to evolve amid economic and social challenges.
