New director appointed at SEKAP (tobacco) factory in Xanthi

Cleber Da Rodda was appointed as Plant Manager at the JTI Group's SEKAP unit in Xanthi as of 1 April.

The new Plant Manager holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul in Brazil and Master's degrees in Business Management from FGV (GETULIO Vargas Foundation) Rio de Janeiro and the University of California.

Rodda joined JTI in 2022 at the Leaf Processing division in Santa Cruz do Sul, Brazil, the company's largest tobacco leaf processing plant, where he has 22 years of tobacco industry experience, holding various positions in R&D, Tobacco Processing, Environment, Health and Safety.
