The notices for the 2025 road tax are now posted online, the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) said on Tuesday.

Car owners must pay the tax by December 31, 2024.
Payment may be done online at the service's portal, myaade.gov.gr, on the myCAR platform.
The fines for late payment are as follows:
- 25% of the full road tax amount, if payment is completed by January 31, 2025
- 50% if payment is completed within February 2025.
If there is any outstanding amount by March 1, 2025, the fine will be equal to the original total.
