Young man dies in a motorbike accident in Rhodope province
In the night of 27 February Tuesday, a motorcycle and a pick-up truck collided in a traffic accident on the 2nd km of Komotini-Fener road in the province of Rodopi. It was stated that the young man, who was 20 years old, lost his life in the accident.
After the accident, police team and ambulance were dispatched to the scene. The young man was seriously injured in the traffic accident.
According to local media reports, when the paramedics arrived at the scene, they found that the young man was unconscious. The injured young man was immediately taken to Komotini Sismanoglu State Hospital but all the interventions could not prevent the young man from losing his life.
As a result of the death of the motorbike driver, the driver of the lorry was detained at the police headquarters.
Komotini Police Department started an investigation to determine exactly how the accident happened.
