Yassıköy Mayoral Candidate Mehmet Mehmet condemned the attack on the Turkish cemetery in Narlıköy in the municipality.
Stating that he hopes that those who carried out the ugly attack on the Turkish cemetery will be caught, mayoral candidate Mehmet Mehmet condemned the attack with a statement on social media.
Mehmet Mehmet stated that "We have learnt that the Muslim cemetery in Narlıköy of Yassıköy Municipality has been vandalised. Some of the graves were vandalised and the marbles with the names were broken. We condemn this attack and hope that the perpetrators of this ugly attack will be caught as soon as possible."
