Tragic paragliding accident in Xanthi: Young man loses his life

A tragic paragliding accident claimed the life of a young man at Mandra Beach in the Xanthi region on Wednesday, August 21. Local authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
According to reports from local media, the victim, believed to be around 30 years old, fell from a significant height while paragliding for reasons yet to be determined. After the fall, he was immediately transported to Xanthi State Hospital.
The police have initiated a preliminary investigation to determine the cause of the accident.
