The 7th Traditional Kite Festival held with great participation
The Kite Festival, which was started by Kozlukebir (Arianna) Municipality and became a tradition, was held successfully this year as well. Children showed great interest in the festival held on Sunday, May 7th.
Many people attended the festival, which was held at the Kozlukebir village football field, as well as the residents of the municipality.
The program started with the 3rd place match of the football tournament organized among primary school children and the final match of the volleyball tournament organized among primary school girls.
Bıyıklıköy Minority Primary School team defeated Kurcalı Minority Primary School B team 16-0 in the 3rd place match and became the 3rd in the football tournament.
In the final match of the primary school girls' volleyball tournament, Kozlukebir Minority Primary School 6th Grade team defeated the Kurcalı Minority Primary School team 3-0 with 25-11 / 25-17 / 25-15 sets and became the champion of the tournament and the owner of the cup.
In the final match of the football tournament this year, Yahyabeyli Eagles and Kurcalı Minority Primary School A team faced each other in the final. The Yahyabeyli Eagles team defeated the opponent 3-1 and became the champion of the tournament.
After the sports competitions, the children's entertainment program started. Children participating in the festival had a great time in the inflatable playground prepared by the municipality, face painting, train tour, clown, magician and juggler shows and the planetarium area.
In the last part of the 7th Flying Festival program, kites with the emblems of the municipalities were distributed to the children by Kozlukebir Municipality and Bursa Osmangazi Municipality of Türkiye.
The kites,distributed by Kozlukebir Mayor Rıdvan Ahmet, Future List President İbrahim Şerif and Bursa Osmangazi Municipality Secretary Orhan Mollasalih, were made by the children on the football field.
The festival came to an end with the kites flying into the air and the children having a pleasant time.
