Suspect arrested in Gümülcine for attempted murder
A suspect wanted for attempted murder was identified and arrested in Komotini.
On February 7, 2025, at noon, a man was apprehended in Gümülcine on charges of attempted murder and multiple firearm-related offenses.
The arrest was carried out by the Smuggling and Crime Investigation Unit of the Komotini Police Department as part of an operation targeting individuals with outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Greek judicial authorities. The suspect faces multiple charges, including:
