As part of the actions for International Women's Day, a strike rally will be held on Saturday, March 8, at 1:00 PM in the Central Square of Xanthi. Under the slogan "We Strike, We Demonstrate, We Demand," organizers are calling for mass participation to advocate for women's rights and gender equality.
Additionally, an open event will take place today, Wednesday, March 5, at 8:30 PM at Café Philostron. The speaker will be Vaso Alexopoulou, a representative of the "Movement for the March 8 Strike."
