A fire broke out in the forest area between the villages of Çalabı and Üşekdere in the Kozlukebir municipality of the Rhodope province, northeast of Komotini.
The fire broke out on Sunday afternoon, 13 August. The fire spread in a short time. The fire was brought under control with the immediate intervention of the fire brigades.
The fire was intervened by 4 fire trucks, 10 firefighters and two fire extinguishing aircraft.
