New book by Fehim Ahmet explores human and minority rights in Western Thrace

The Cultural and Educational Company of the Western Thrace Minority (BAKEŞ) has announced the release of a new book titled "Human and Minority Rights in Western Thrace" authored by Fehim Ahmet, Deputy Mufti of Komotini.

In a statement, BAKEŞ shared the following about the publication:

“Authored by Gümülcine’s Deputy Mufti Fehim Ahmet, the book 'Human and Minority Rights in Western Thrace' presents a detailed account of the rights violations experienced by the Turkish minority in the region. The book provides a comprehensive insight into the socio-political challenges faced by the Turkish minority in Greece, aiming to raise awareness and foster dialogue around human and minority rights in the region.
