Mustafa Deli Hasan elected as the new president of Ankara BATÖB
The Ankara Western Thrace Student Union (BATÖB) held its 8th annual general assembly today, during which members elected their new leadership.
The meeting took place at the YTB Hamamönü Office in Ankara, where the 2024–2025 activity report and financial statement were presented. Following the presentations, members shared their critiques, suggestions, and ideas for the future of the union.
Outgoing President Furkan Nizam delivered a farewell speech, highlighting the significant achievements of Ankara BATÖB to date and thanking his team for their contributions.
Subsequently, elections for the new board members were held through an open voting process. Mustafa Deli Hasan was elected as the new president of Ankara BATÖB.
In his address, Deli Hasan expressed his gratitude to the previous board and pledged to do his utmost with the new team to advance Ankara BATÖB even further.
Following the general assembly, a post on Ankara BATÖB’s social media account stated:
"May there be many more elections where we continue to grow and develop. Congratulations to our new executive board."
