Meaningful award for Mesut Mehmet at Athens “Heroic Hearts” ceremony

“I am deeply honored to receive an award for my work during my tenure as Deputy Mayor responsible for stray animals at the Municipality of Gümülcine.
I wholeheartedly dedicate this award to the staff of the Municipal Dog Shelter, the personnel of the Municipality of Komotini, veterinarian Mr. Ismail Molla Ali Memet, the animal-loving volunteers of our region, and the local council presidents. Their contributions were instrumental in achieving our shared goals.
This meaningful recognition gives us additional motivation to continue our dedicated efforts for the benefit of stray animals and our community.”
